Schway! I love this tangle. I did this with Micron and Prismacolor pencils. I have rarely used color, but I have a feeling for several reasons, including this one, that that is getting ready to change. The Diva posted her 117th challenge today and the challenge was to use Schway, so here it is.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful wall hanging this would make! I love it!
ReplyDeleteBright and beautiful, Jane!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful with the plain color arrows one way, and B&W tangled arrows the other way. A very interesting composition.
ReplyDeleteI love all of the patterns within the schway tangle! FUN!
ReplyDeleteVery nice composition. Great uniformity and yet so free with the addition of additional fill tangles and the color.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure the first comment took, so I'm sorry if this is a repeat. I think you did an amazing job. Your Schway is so uniform, but freedom is added with the fill tangles and the color.
ReplyDeleteYour tile is a delight to look at! Great use of color and balance. I would encourage you to add a bit of color to your work every now and then because it's fun! Nice work.
ReplyDeleteBe happy,

ReplyDeleteI got your email - I don't remember what I originally posted, but I'm sure it was to do with how impressed I am with the way you've used color and pattern - to me it looks so much like a cozy memory quilt!
ReplyDeleteI really like the direction of the colour in your tile. This is playful and whimsical. Very fun.
